Just a Beautiful Day to Be out in Mystic

We were at 108 doors today talking about all kinds of issues. Small business owners are concerned about the LLC tax, a $250 yearly fee to maintain an LLC. There were grave concerns about the way in which our court system treats victims of domestic violence and the long delay in getting resolutions. We also talked light pollution and establishing some kind of threshold that is actionable.


And of course Taxes.


The weather was gorgeous and a nice breeze kept me walking. As always people are happy to see that there is an independent voice seeking office and everyone has been exceedingly welcoming. Thanks again to all for supporting the democratic process.

We are now north of 3,000 doors knocked, 585 since the last update. Each of you continues to be gracious and welcoming and I thank you all.

It was a whirlwind out there, talking to another 214 of you since last the update. We are in sprint mode now and need places to put signs up more than anything at the moment.
