Great Conversations in Stonington

I was back in Stonington today while Ali was talking with our neighbors and we got in touch with 57 of you.

I'm still carrying around the map as this election cycle will be the first that Stonington participates as part of the 41st and it can be confusing. We talked about redistricting generally, where the parties have left us behind and what we can do about better representing the interests of the center and the majority of voters. All were great conversations.

I urge all voters to look beyond the last president I voted for, or any one particular issue, as a test of what my beliefs are. Consider all the candidates in the race critically and choose the one who will best represent your interests effectively.

Looking forward to tomorrow.

Jake

We are now north of 3,000 doors knocked, 585 since the last update. Each of you continues to be gracious and welcoming and I thank you all.

It was a whirlwind out there, talking to another 214 of you since last the update. We are in sprint mode now and need places to put signs up more than anything at the moment.
